Based on her experience, Deborah has made a personal commitment to help passionate, motivated women to prove themselves in the very masculine perceived world of motorsport.
Elected in 2022, President of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission, she is committed to this new responsibility with the objective of offering visibility to women in motor sport while making women around the world aware that motor sport can offer opportunities and success both on and off track.
With her story Deborah not only shows how to build and lead a team giving everyone the best conditions to develop and perform but also inspires and encourages the younger female generation to believe in their dreams.
